Spring Tea Party

The English Spring Tea is just around the corner! Be sure to get your tickets at a meeting. The $5 price includes a ticket for the grand prize drawing (surprise) that will be held during the tea. Please bring an item, textile or otherwise, that has a family story you would be willing to share with the group. 

AQG Fall Meeting

  • Room accommodations for spending the night are NOT included.
  • You DO NOT have to rent a room in order to participate.
  • If want to spend the night, hotel room accommodations must be made on an individual basis directly with the hotel.
  • If you rent a room, you MUST ALSO pay the $60 retreat fee. 
  • Non Calico members may be invited but they MUST BE AQG members. This will be checked at sign up.
  • A minimum of 20 must sign up to make it a go. If the minimum sign up is not met, the $30 deposit will be returned to you.
  • If you have to cancel, Calico WILL NOT refund you money even if it is just your deposit. You are, however, free to ask another Calico member or a non-Calico AQG member to take your place. Financial arrangements for that person to pay you for the slot are your responsibility. 
  • You are encouraged to bring and share your favorite snacks.
  • If you have special dietary needs, please provide your own food.
  • Water will be provided. 
  • If you have appointments or other commitments that may take you away from the retreat for a few hours, that is not a problem. 
  • The room will comfortably accommodate 30 sewing stations.
  • Irons, ironing boards, cutting mats/tables and design walls will be supplied and you may bring your own.
